In our continuing reorganization and recognition of growth and roles, we are thrilled to share the well-deserved promotions of Julie Gordon and Jessie Jamison.
Julie Gordon has been promoted to Financial Manager. Julie began with Sebago in 2013 as Accounting Specialist. In that role, she had been primarily responsible for billing, accounts payable, proposals, collections, and purchasing. In her new role, Julie will oversee those areas and other finance staff now involved with them. In addition, she has assumed increased responsibility for cash management, accounting management, general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, and timekeeping/reimbursables review. She will work with the Chief Financial Officer on the preparation of reports, year-end accounting, and annual review with external accountants/auditors. Prior to working at Sebago, Julie had more than 17 years of accounting experience, primarily with construction companies. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Accounting.
Jessie Jamison has been promoted to Marketing Manager. Jessie joined Sebago in 2014 as Marketing Coordinator after serving an internship in marketing at S.W. Cole Engineering. Jessie has been responsible for the creation and production of all marketing materials, request for proposals/qualifications and website/social media content. In addition, she currently serves as VP of Communications for the New England Chapter ESOP Association. In her expanded role, Jessie will principally manage all social media, website, coordination, development and production of marketing ads, materials, company branding and proposals, and facilitate/support overall business development and strategic efforts. Jessie is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Marketing and recently obtained a Master’s Degree in Marketing with a concentration in New Media and Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
Julie and Jessie’s exceptional performance, passion for helping others, incredible work ethic, and constant willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and our team, make them an invaluable asset to Sebago Technics. Our office wouldn’t be the same without their fun-loving personalities and friendly demeanor! They regularly set the tone for our team with their dedicated, organized, and hard-working approach and we look forward to witnessing the great work they will accomplish in their new roles.
