In the midst of this time, it remains important to focus on the future. There is no more important asset for our future than our people. As we look forward, we know that we will always need talented and bright people to do our work and serve our clients. It is in that light that we are pleased to announce a new individual who has joined the Sebago team.
Aaron Radziucz is a recent graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Economics. He interned with a local firm last summer providing DOT project inspection services. He is from and currently resides in South Portland.
What places have you lived in throughout your life?
Besides living in Orono, ME for college, I have lived in South Portland all my life.
What is your favorite part of the type of work that you do?
My favorite part of the work that I have done throughout college was that almost every challenge was different. Each problem has its own different set of rules and this helps keep work fresh and fun to complete.
What are your hobbies outside the office?
I love sports. I played 3 sports in high school and kept up with intramurals in college. I love the competitive atmosphere and teamwork required to win. Eventually I would like to get into coaching. I also just love being outdoors and staying active.
If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I think it would have to be a hamburger, or pizza because it’s so versatile.
Where would you like to go on a dream vacation?
London or the Maldives.
What are you excited about at Sebago?
I am excited about being a part of the office atmosphere that I got a glimpse of during my interview process. I think it will really resemble the team atmosphere from athletics which I am a huge fan of, and everyone I have met so far has been very nice to me.
Favorite place(s) to go in Maine?
Acadia National Park, any of the beaches and Hadlock field to watch a SeaDogs game .
