In 2003, the City of Lewiston hired Technical Services, Inc. (currently Sebago Technics, Inc.) to evaluate land for a potential private industrial park.
Technical Services, Inc. (currently Sebago Technics, Inc.) evaluated a 44-acre parcel of land owned by the client, as well as surrounding land abutting the parcel, in order to determine the feasibility of developing a private industrial park. The feasibility analysis included full environmental analysis, concept designs and cost analysis for the construction of the design concepts.
The industrial park is currently built-out for Phase I, which included 9 lots on 44 acres. Additional design and permitting occurred in 2006 in order to construct the remaining build-out of the park which included the purchase of 150 acres from the abutting properties to bring the park size to a total of 194 acres and 19 lots.
