Cumberland County Federal Credit Union (CCFCU) retained Sebago Technics to design several branch locations in Southern Maine. The most recent branch constructed is located on US Route One in Yarmouth. Sebago provided land survey, landscape architecture, civil engineering and traffic engineering services as part of the design and permitting effort. This site presented challenges respective to access and topography, resulting in a site plan affording excellent visibility from US Route One. Sebago was required to adhere to strict regulations based on the Town of Yarmouth Form Based Code requirements.
