SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine – Sebago Technics, a Maine-based, employee-owned, creative collective, is pleased to announce the following promotions and achievements within its Survey-Geomatics Team:
Jacob Bartlett, PLS has been promoted to Director, Surveying & Data Capture. In his new role, Mr. Bartlett will be responsible for the daily operations and overall growth and development of the team and its personnel. As a key leader in the team and company, he will work with other senior leadership to provide the most comprehensive survey and data capture services in Maine.
Nick Elliston, PLS has been elevated to Survey Services Lead, Transportation. In this role, Nick will be the point person coordinating all of Sebago Technics Survey-Geomatics services within the Federal, State, and Municipal transportation market areas. Nick has a long and well-respected history of working with DOTs, other transportation agencies, and transportation engineering firms. He will assist those customers and Sebago’s internal Transportation Team going forward in providing best-in-class Survey-Geomatics services.
Tom Low has been elevated to Survey CADD Coordinator. In this role, Tom will oversee all Survey CADD production services for the team including the training, coordination, and management of Survey CADD personnel. Additionally, in coordination with the Project Delivery CADD team, Tom will focus on the development and maintenance of our Survey CADD processes, standards, and training company-wide.
Kira Harmon has been elevated to Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Project Manager. In this role, Kira will oversee all 3D modeling/graphics services including project scoping, estimating, and overall project/client management. Additionally, she will support the development and maintenance of 3D modeling processes and standards, along with training, coordination, and management of 3D modeling personnel.
Brian Williams, LSIT has been designated the Geomatics Field Services Lead for the company. In this role, he will be responsible for oversight and planning of all sUAS flight operations, 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning projects, and the associated standards and procedures for both services. Brian will also be the lead project manager for these projects including project scoping, estimating, and overall project & client management.
