SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine – Sebago Technics, an employee-owned, engineering and surveying consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Strout, PLS to Director of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Mr. Strout was selected from candidates around the country. He has a degree in Surveying Engineering Technology from the University of Maine and a Certificate in Applied Geographic Information Systems from the University of Southern Maine. Andrew’s knowledge, prior GIS experience and surveying background will provide a solid foundation to continue and to expand the company’s GIS services to customers including municipalities, utilities, businesses, institutions and landowners.
