SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine – Sebago Technics, a Maine-based, employee-owned, engineering consulting firm, is pleased to welcome four new design professional to the Sebago Team.
Amber Ferland, EI joins as Civil Engineer. Ms. Ferland is a graduate of Norwich University with a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is originally from Vassalboro, Maine, but has been working for the last few years in Florida. She has worked as a Project Manager for a municipal public works department and most recently as a Staff Engineer for a national engineering firm.
Richard Stone joins as CAD Technician/3D Modeler. Mr. Stone graduated from Southern Maine Community College with a degree in Architectural and Engineering Design. He also completed an internship with the City of South Portland where he modeled various infrastructure facilities. Richard is part of the Survey/Geomatics group and provides both CAD and modeling support for survey and High Definition Scan projects. He also assists with building-related projects.
Michael Gammon joins as GIS Technician. Mr. Gammon is an experienced GIS professional having spent the last few years as a GIS Technician with a national utility company. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Geography and a Certificate in Applied Geographic Information Systems. He has experience in GPS data collecting, utility mapping and database management.
Daniel Danvers joins as Landscape Designer. Mr. Danvers graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a degree in Landscape Architecture. Dan previously worked at a Landscape Design firm in Rhode Island, where he worked on design teams to complete residential and commercial landscape designs. He also managed construction and horticulture crews, and has experience with concept drawings, planting plans renderings, construction documents and attending Town meetings.
