Designed by JSA, Inc. Architects of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, the Primary Care Facility is a multi-tenant medical office building.
Sebago Technics completed the site design, civil engineering, and landscape architecture for this 79,000 square foot building on a fast track schedule. The visitor arrival area welcomes people to the facility with clear access to the main entrance, accessible parking, and a pedestrian-friendly environment. The site was designed around the concept of creating a place where patrons can access a variety of health care services.
Sebago Technics and JSA prepared the Master Plan for the Maine Medical Center Scarborough Campus where this office complex is located. The entire build-out of the campus will be 300,000 square feet.
