The proposed project site is a 17-acre parcel site expansion including a new building addition bringing the overall building square footage to 61,488 square feet. This allows the facility to serve up to 500 students and 75 facility staff. The new development will expand parking capacity on the site to meet current demand and will create two new playground areas and a large multipurpose field that will expand not only the day time physical education opportunities but will provide the community with an additional recreational resource in the community.

Vehicular circulation on the site has been vastly improved to provide more immediately available parking at the front of the building as well as dedicated drop-off alignments for passenger vehicles. Currently, the site is very constrained, the proposed improvements will create an Elementary School with site amenities that will greatly enhance the student, parent, and educator experience.
