Located in the heart of historic downtown Lewiston, the Hampton Inn is the City’s premier hotel. Work on the $12 million, 93-room hotel began in 2013 and officially opened in the Fall of 2014.
Sebago Technics provided survey, civil and traffic engineering, landscape architecture and permitting services for this project. Sebago Technics’ engineers were responsible for grading, stormwater management, and utility design and construction coordination. Landscape architectural tasks included parking lot layout, landscaping, and lighting.
The Hampton Inn is a LEED Certified, eco-friendly hotel, featuring ENERGY STAR laundry machines, non-toxic pest control, education for guests on green practices, and energy-saving guest room controls.
The four-story hotel has 93 comfortable guest rooms and suites, fitness center, indoor pool, meeting rooms, a 24-hour business center and complimentary parking. The Hampton Inn is a short distance to Bates College, Central Maine Medical Center, restaurants and attractions including Baxter Brewing Co., Lyceum Gallery, and the Riverwalk.
